Delivery Times
Once an order is placed we aim to get items packaged and dispatched within 24 hours. All items are sent by Royal Mail Standard Delivery Service and so should be with you within 3 – 5 days. Next Day delivery service is available if orders are placed by midday.

If items are out of stock we will advise you and you can then decide to change/cancel your order or wait for that item to become available, which can be up to 28 days. For Christmas delivery all orders are to be placed no later than Friday 14th December 2007.

Post and Packaging

We can only deliver to UK destinations. All prices and delivery times quoted above apply to UK destinations (excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Outer Hebrides). For delivery to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and the Outer Hebrides, please contact us for a quote.

Returns Policy and Guarantee

If for some reason you decide you no longer want your item, notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange replacement/refund. Please contact us on 01200 442479 or email us at uniqueandwooden@btinternet.com quoting your order number which can be found on your invoice. (customer's statutory rights not affected).
All returned items must be in re-saleable condition and with their inner and outer packaging intact. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

Faulty and Damaged Goods

For damaged goods we will either refund you in full (cost of goods, postage costs and return postage) or replace the item and refund your return postage costs. Simply contact us on 01200 442479 or email us at uniqueandwooden@btinternet.com

When returning goods please quote our reference number as shown on the delivery note.
